Jenna Einink had 19 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Forestville last Monday and on Thursday in a victory over Franklinville, she had 22 points and 21 rebounds.

Brandon Muntz decisioned top-seeded Dakota Gardner of Fredonia, 2-0, to win the 126-pound championship at the Section 6 Division II State Qualifier on Sunday. He also had a pin in 1:11 in the quarterfinals and a 6-4 decision in the semifinals and was the name the event’s most outstanding wrestler.

JORDAN POWERS
Southwestern
Jordan Powers was named the most valuable swimmer at the Class C Championships last weekend after winning the 200 IM (2:10.17) and the 500 freestyle (4:54.52) and anchoring the second-place finishing 200-yard freestyle relay for Southwestern, which finished third overall. At the CCAA Championships, he set an Olean pool record of 2:03.38 in the 200 IM and also qualified for the state meet in the 100 freestyle.
