Rosanne (Malta) Bertram of Jamestown, N.Y. announces the engagement of her daughter, Andrea Lowe, to Joe Vullo, the son of Charles and Maria Carmella Vullo of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss Vullo is a graduate of Jamestown Business College. She is employed in the finance department at The Resource Center. Her fiance is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Cullinary Arts, He is employed by Lakeshore Paving.
A May 2013 wedding is planned.
