Absolute shame on the Chautauqua County Legislature for ignoring the wishes of the general public. The county home has lost money for years, yet the legislature seems to think it will run as it always has. Any astute business person would close up shop if they lost this kind of money, yet the legislature seems to think money grows on trees and the taxpayer is to be ignored. It could be the only way to deal with this is a taxpayer revolt, hopefully it does not come to than. I've seen that before, the taxpayers got mad and simply told the ''leaders'' you will not keep on this course. Again, it's time to ''clean house.''
