The Jamestown Community College wrestling team had a tough meet on Friday as the Jayhawks took on Niagara County CC in a Region 3 battle.
NCCC is ranked fourth in the NJCAA and won all but one match as JCC's Frank Sterlace posted a 5-3 victory at 174 pounds.
In the best match of the day, JCC's Vince Hall and Max Antone from NCCC squared off at 285 pounds and the match was tied 2-2 heading into the third period, but Antone won by fall at 5:45.
