BPU water customers on the north side of the city are experiencing discolored water due to a brief Tuesday afternoon power interruption at the Buffalo Street Pump Station. Water can be expected to be discolored until Wednesday morning.
Before doing laundry, check the water. Do not run the water until it turns clear, because that only draws more of the discolored water into your home.
