Whitcomb Elected Secretary Of State Sheriffs’ Assn.

ALBANY - Cattaraugus County Sheriff Tim Whitcomb was elected secretary of the New York State Sheriffs' Association at their 79th Annual Winter Training Conference. New York State Lt. Gov. Robert J. Duffy swore in Whitcomb.

The New York State Sheriffs' Association, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation, formed in 1934, for the purpose of assisting sheriffs in the efficient and effective delivery of sheriffs' services to the public. It comprises all of the elected and appointed sheriffs of New York state.
