ACME - The Appliance Store recently donated $600 to the St. Susan Center soup kitchen.
ACME, 1286 E. Second St., Jamestown, held a promotion which raised money to help provide meals for the guests who visit the soup kitchen. The business donated $5 to St. Susan Center for every range sold from October through December. ACME also sold tickets to give people the opportunity to win a 50-inch television, with proceeds going to St. Susan Center.
"We are pleased to do our part to support St. Susan Center and their efforts of fighting hunger within our community," said Beth Hocking.
