GOWANDA - After falling behind 9-3 in the opening minutes, the Falconer Golden Falcons (1-4) took a timeout to regroup.

"The first quarter killed us," Gowanda coach Andy Bobseine lamented. "They took a timeout and started nailing their shots. They went on a 12-2 run and we just couldn't recover from it."

For the Panthers, Chase Williams scored 23 points and Zach Stevens added 20 in a losing effort.
