Investigators from the Jamestown Police Department are investigating a burglary that occurred at a home on Charlotte Avenue sometime between 11 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday.
According to police, an unknown person entered the home and removed several items. Investigators located a ring at the scene that was left behind by the suspect. The ring is silver colored with a skull-and-crossbone design. Police report the burglar was wearing the ring when the burglary was committed.
Anyone who recognizes this ring or knows who it may belong to is asked to contact the Jamestown Police Department at 483-7531, or they can leave an anonymous tip on the department's tip line at 483-8477. All calls and tips will remain strictly confidential.
