William Fnell, 87, of Kelly Hill Road, Stockton, N.Y., passed away Sunday (Dec. 30, 2012) at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk after a brief illness.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced Tuesday by the Morse Funeral Home of Brocton, N.Y.
