To the Readers' Forum:
There is a lot to be said for simple, kind gestures. Tonight I was visited by the Family Video Secret Santa. While waiting to checkout at Family Video on Sixth and North Main streets, I discovered the woman ahead of me in line had paid for my movies as well. It was an unexpected gesture and I did not get a chance to thank her in person.
Hopefully, she will read this letter and give me the opportunity to wish her happy holidays and thank her for paying it forward.
