Ben Richard was flawless in goal as the Southwestern/Maple Grove hockey team blanked Alden, 3-0, in Western New York Club League.
There was no scoring until the second period when Alexander Carlson had an unassisted goal.
Branden Decker made it 2-0 on assists from Tommy Gerace and Ryan Schutte.
Nate Stephens got the final tally from Carlson.
