John Black of Starbrick, Pa., and Carol Vorse of Pittsfield, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Crystal A. Black, to Kyle S. Przybelinski, the son of Ronald and Susan Przybelinski of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss Black is a graduate of Warren Area High School and a 2008 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a degree in elementary education. She is pursing a master's degree in early childhood education, and is employed by the Barber National Institute. Her fiance is a graduate of Jamestown High School, and earned a bachelor's degree in business and finance in 2008 from Edinboro University. He is employed by SKF Aeroengine North America as a customer service representative.
A Sept. 28, 2013, wedding is planned in Warren, Pa.
