Wayne M. Schultz, 62, of Residential Drive, died Monday (Dec. 24, 2012), at his home. He was born Dec. 7, 1950, in Jamestown, the son of Erdwin and Doris Hawley Schultz.
He enjoyed polka music, tossing a ball and going for rides. Wayne will be missed by his mother and his Resource Center Family.
Wayne is survived by his mother; and several cousins.

He was predeceased by his father; a sister, Sharie Schultz; his maternal grandparents, Marvin and Marie Hawley; and paternal grandparents, Orlo and Lillian Schultz.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to The Resource Center, Residential Drive, Jamestown, NY 14701.
