LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Jacqueline R. Blair, 21, of 26 E. Main St., Panama was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 12:55 a.m. Friday after officers were dispatched to investigate a person at Wal-Mart who was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Officers found Blair and told her she shouldn't drive and to call for a ride. Police report Blair then became disorderly. She was charged and taken to the Lakewood-Busti Police Dept., where she was given an appearance ticket and released. She will be in Busti Town Court later.

Candy W. McBride, 36, of 209 Barrett Ave., Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment Friday after an alleged domestic violence incident on Dec. 17 in Lakewood. Police said it is alleged that McBride pushed a victim and destroyed property during the incident.

Steven J. Whalen, 25, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny Friday following an incident on Nov. 16. Police said Whalen was charged on a warrant following an investigation of larceny of merchandise from Wal-Mart.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Jesse J. Szablewski, 36, of Ashville was charged with three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument Wednesday. Police said they were called to a Falconer bank branch for a person allegedly in possession of a forged check. Szablewski allegedly tried to cash a check that was reported stolen. Police said Szablewski had also been to the bank Monday and presented two other stolen checks.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Tina M. Holland, 28, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation Friday. Police said an unidentified informant notified the Sheriff's Department that Holland had parked her vehicle at the county jail to visit a prisoner and that her license to drive had been suspended. The suspension was confirmed and when an officer tried to stop her from driving she was already operating her vehicle and the officer commanded her to stop.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Cory R. Eardly, 26, of Lakewood, Ohio, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9 p.m. Wednesday after using obscene language at Crosby's in Little Valley. He was arraigned in Little Valley Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $200 bail. He will be in court later.

Ryan W. Seiwert, 20, of 5317 Kyler Hill Road, Little Valley, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday after a warrant was issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court. He was arraigned in Little Valley Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $750 bail. He will be in court later.
