Visiting With?Santa Claus

First Lutheran Holds Christmas Party

December 19, 2012
The Post-Journal

First Lutheran Church recently opened its doors to host an annual neighborhood Christmas party.

Guests were greeted and entertained with Christmas carols by the Sacred Fire Praise Band and children made holiday ornaments and crafts. The 150 guests then had a ham dinner complete with pies and cookies. The grand finale was a visit by Santa Claus with gifts and handmade mittens for all the children and commemorative photos of the evening to take home.

First Lutheran Church offers two worship services every Sunday; a contemporary service at 9 a.m. and a traditional service at 11 a.m.
