JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Danica Rosado of Gustavus Avenue, Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to a police report, officers were dispatched Friday to 204 Gustavus Ave. for a disorderly person. Police found Rosado inside the residence very upset and crying. Rosado had been involved in an argument with a person and broke a lamp. She was taken to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
Kidaha A. Lewis, 22, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and unlicensed operator. On Friday, officers pulled a vehicle over at North Main and West 12th streets. Police identified the person in the vehicle as Lewis. Upon investigation, officers determined the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Wilkinsburg, Pa. Lewis was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
Eloiza Millan, of Jamestown was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief. Police were dispatched to 610 Newland Avenue for a domestic incident in the street. Police found Millan on the sidewalk and a person in the road. Millan was found to have broken parts off a parked vehicle that belonged to the victim. Millan was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail without incident. He is awaiting arraignment.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
Scott Stein, 27, of Brocton was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Main Street in the Brocton on Thursday. Troopers pulled Stein over for having no plate lamps. He was found to be in possession of more than 44 grams of marijuana and a marijuana smoking pipe with residue. Stein will be in Brocton Village Court later.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Antone V. Romanov, 25, of North Main Street, Jamestown, was arrested on a warrant issued by Cattaraugus Court Family Court after he was released from the Chautauqua County, Jail where he was being held on unrelated charges. Romanov was taken to Randolph Town Court for arraignment and taken to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He is due back in court later.
Ruth J. Beach, 58, of Ellicottville was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated after being pulled over on Route 219 in Great Valley for driving erratically. Police report Beach didn't stop at a stop sign and then was weaving in and out of his lane, crossing the center line and onto the shoulder. She was charged with DWI, failure to maintain lane, failure to keep right, failure to stop at a stop sign. She will be in Great Valley Town Court later.
