MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:
Richard C. Badalamenti, 24, of 9650 East Side Hill Road, Ripley, pled guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to three years in state prison with two years post-release supervision.
Anthony J. Wilson, 30, of 1318 Reed St., Olean, was sentenced to two years determinate in state prison with three years post-release supervision for fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Gregg W. Morrison, 35, of 2600 Wall St., Ashville, was sentenced to 1 to four years in state prison for felony DWI.
Robert D. Ziegler, 32, of 2234 Dell Ave., Ashville, was sentenced to one to three years in prison for violation of probation.
