LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Zachary C. Clark, 44, of Hoag Road, Ashville was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine of $455 for an original charge of petit larceny. Clark was arraigned in the Town of Busti Court.
Jordan M. Cessna, of Baker Street, Busti was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and refusing a prescreen breath test. Police on Saturday stopped a vehicle for speeding on Baker Street. Upon investigation it was found that Cessna was intoxicated. Cessna refused a field sobriety test. He was arraigned in front of the Town of Busti judge and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail. Cessna is to be back in court at a later date.
TOWN OF ELLICOTT POLICE
A 16-year-old juvenile, of West Main Street, Falconer was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, and third-degree unauthorized use and unlicensed operation. Police on Wednesday received a report of a stolen vehicle. It was determined the 16-year-old removed the vehicle from its location without permission from the owner. The vehicle was returned during the time of the report and the defendant was placed in custody. He was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail without bail at this time.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Hiram Marin, 49, was arrested Tuesday for endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree criminal sexual act, and first-degree sex abuse. Marin was processed, arraigned, and sent to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of bail.
Diana Beckman, 29, was arrested for local noise ordinance violation. Beckman was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Salamanca City Court at a later date to answer the charge.
