CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Bryan Ramos, 19, of Dunkirk was arrested in Erie County and transferred to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department. Ramos, who was wanted by the sheriff's office for probation violation, is in Chautauqua County Jail and will be arraigned in Chautauqua County Court later.

Jose A. Figueroa, 32, of Jamestown, who was wanted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for probation violation, was arrested on unrelated charges by the Jamestown Police Department. Figueroa is in Chautauqua County Jail and will be arraigned.

Randy R. Rivera, 22, of Ruggles Street, Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny and fraudulent receipt of benefits. An investigation learned Rivera was living outside of Chautauqua County and New York state while collecting Medicaid benefits totaling $1,508.05. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

Brian J. Harrison, 30, of Thayer Street, Jamestown was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. At 9:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to Thayer Street for a domestic incident. Police report Harrison punched a 12-year-old in the head and kicked the child into the corner of a door. Harrison was found a short distance away and charged. He was taken to the city jail until he can be arraigned.
