Matthew Johnson and Heidi Mueller, both from Lakewood, played in championship matches at the Pennbriar Winter Classic tennis tournament on Sunday. Johnson won the Boys 18-And-Under Singles Division by defeating M. Siegel of Fairview, Pa., 6-0, 6-2. Mueller won her first set 7-6 (7-2) against Logan Welch, but then was defeated in the subsequent sets, 3-6, 3-6, to finish second place in the Girls 16-And-Under Division. Both play tennis at the Lakewood YMCA.
