Ted and Sue Tanner of Turtlepoint, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaitlyn, to Alex Froman, the son of Tom Froman of Ashville, N.Y., and Rebecca Chase of Lakewood, N.Y.
Miss Tanner is a 2006 graduate of Port Allegany High School and a 2010 graduate of Edinboro University. She is employed by Independent Health as a sales representative. Her finance is a 2006 graduate of Panama High School, and is employed as a foreman at Goodman-Metalico.
A June 2013 wedding is planned.
