Shannon Elizabeth Ecklund and Robert James Lingle exchanged wedding vows on July 21, 2012, at the Buffalo Zoo.
The bride is the daughter of John and Lynne Ecklund of Eden, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Norma Ortendahl of Jamestown, N.Y., and Robert Ortendahl of Greenhurst, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Diane Meslinsky of Orchard Park, N.Y., and Harvey Lingle of Eden, N.Y., and the grandson of Albert Meslinsky of Cheektowaga, N.Y.
Anna Skoda was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Allie Saquin and Erin Lingle. Flower girl was Aubrey Ecklund, niece of the bride.

The bride is employed by Pinnacle Charter School as a math teacher. Her husband is employed by Follet Higher Education Group.
They honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
They are living in South Buffalo.
