Alinah Rose Bretl and Alex Dibble exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 21, 2012, at Our Mother of Good Counsel in Blasdell. Father Robert Orlowski performed the ceremony. Readings were by Jessica Kryswicki, aunt and godmother of the bride, and Joel Dibble, brother of the groom. Prayers were by Katrinah Bretl, sister of the bride. The bride was escorted by her father.
The bride is the daughter of Frederick and Teresa Bretl of Arkwright, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Scot and Vanessa Dibble of Cassadaga, N.Y.
The bride wore a strapless Galina signature gown with a beaded flower bodice. It had an organza over satin, fit-and-flare silhouette style, featuring a swirl skirt chapel train.

Rebekah Bretl was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katherine Dale, cousin of the bride, and Julie Marello, cousin of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Katrinah Bretl of Arkwright, sister of the bride.
Best man was Joel Dibble, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jeremiah Bretl, brother of the bride, and Adam Dibble, brother of the groom.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Cassadaga Valley and 2011 graduate of the State College at Geneseo with a bachelor's degree in childhood education and a master's degree in reading literacy. Her husband is a 2005 graduate of Cassadaga Valley and a 2011 graduate of Alfred State with a bachelor's degree in construction management. He is currently employed as a project engineer for Le Chase Construction Co.
They honeymooned in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
They are living in Rochester.
