Members of the St. Mary's of Lourdes Church altar and rosary society gathered recently to discuss the annual Christmas lunch and bazaar, which will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday in the parish hall on Chautauqua Street, Mayville. From left are Ann Walsh, Cherie Anderson, Danielle Morgan, Meg Flinn, Diana Ward and Dayle Loutzenhsiser. Featured will be a grandma's attic and the ''Clemmy Booth,'' named after a former member. A cookie shoppe will also be held. Lunch, prepared by the women of the society, will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes chicken and biscuits or Italian Wedding Soup with salad, dessert and beverage. Takeouts will be available by calling the parish hall at 753-2318 that morning. Proceeds from the lunch and bazaar benefit church activities and projects.
