WEST ELLICOTT - Brenda A. Burnett, 48, of 7265 Route 380, Stockton was charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking taking money from the K-Mart store on Fairmount Avenue several times throughout November. She will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Danielle N. Payne, 22, of 201 Brooks Ave., Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny Monday after a bench warrant was issued by Busti Town Court. Ms. Payne turned herself in and posted bail. She will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
STOCKTON - Rodney L. Walters, 26, of Warren, Pa., was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment at 8:15 a.m. Saturday. He was held pending further action.
PORTLAND Joshua D. Timmerman, 20, of Portland was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9 p.m. on Nov. 3. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
POMFRET - Richard J. Balzer, 49, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
PORTLAND - Aaron J. Willebrandt, 20, of Brocton was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:05 p.m. on Nov. 3. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
NORTH HARMONY - John A. Mitchell, 34, of Corry, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 7:20 p.m. Thursday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
JAMESTOWN - Jacob J. Thomas, 27, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or greater at 3:03 a.m. Friday. He was later released to a third party.
SHERIDAN - Abdoul Sylla, 25, of Bronx was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway at 7:47 a.m. on Nov. 11. He was issued appearance tickets for the charges.
