Shults Hires VP Of Marketing

LAKEWOOD - The Shults Auto Group is proud to announce the addition of Matthew Kahm as their new vice president of marketing for their dealerships in southwestern New York and northwestern Pennsylvania. In this new role, Matthew will oversee all media relations as well as the auto group's digital presence.

"We are extremely excited to have Matt as part of our senior management team," said Tim Shults, president of Shults Auto Group. "His past experience will help us increase our brand image and help develop our digital strategy."

A recent study has shown that 90 percent of car shopping begins online and dealers need to develop a robust digital and social media strategy to increase brand image as consumers increasingly change their purchase cycles.

Matthew is a 2003 graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and was previously employed by Time Warner Cable, most recently as digital sales specialist for the WNY division. Matthew is involved in his community, serving as chair of the membership committee of the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved as a volunteer coach for the YMCA youth basketball league. Matthew, his wife Lynn and their two children reside in Allegany.

The Shults Auto Group has 15 new-car franchises with factory-certified service centers, four Express Lube locations, three Auto Spas and two collision centers all located in southwestern New York and northwestern Pennsylvania.
