CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
CHAUTAUQUA - Nicholas J. Hart, 33, of Ripley was charged with speeding, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more Saturday at 9:48 p.m. Hart was stopped on Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua for speeding. After an investigation, he was found to be intoxicated. He will appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
BUSTI - Ryan L. Nelson, 39, of North Pearl Street, Frewsburg was charged at 1:53 a.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and an unsafe tire. Lakewood-Busti Police located a vehicle off the roadway on Hunt Road in the town of Busti. Nelson was identified as the vehicle operator and upon further investigation, he was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and later released with uniform traffic tickets. He will appear in the Town of Busti Court at a later date.
TOWN OF ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brandon T. Patrizi, 18, of 29 Bush St., Jamestown and Desarae J. Patrizi, 21, of 35 Bush St., Jamestown were charged at 5:05 p.m. Friday with harassment second degree. The two individuals allegedly punched two youths in the face during an altercation. They were both issued appearance tickets for the Town of Ellicott Court and will appear at a later date.
