MAYVILLE - Chautauqua County District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.
Angel L. Ocasio, 31, of 114 Dove St., upper, Dunkirk was sentenced to 3 years determinate in prison with 3 years post-release supervision for second-degree attempted burglary.
Efrain H. Villegas, 48, of 270 Massachusetts Ave., Buffalo was sentenced to 1-3 years in prison for violation of probation.
Allan B. Larson, 42, of 308 Elmcrest Ave., Lakewood was sentenced to 1 year in jail for third-degree assault consecutive to 6 months in jail for fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Delbert M. Clark, 21, of 3724 Route 20, Fredonia was sentenced to one year in jail for second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal trespass.
Matthew T. Metroka, 38, of 207 Spring St., Jamestown was sentenced to 1 year in jail, time served, for fourth-degree criminal mischief and unlawful use of a computer.
Christopher g. Bellegia, 29, of 7289 Ward Road. North Tonawanda was sentenced to 5 years probation and a $1,000 fine for felony driving while intoxicated.
Marqus S. Singh, 21, of 133 Lakeshore Drive East, Dunkirk was sentenced to 8 months in jail for third-degree criminal mischief consecutive to 7 months in jail for third-degree burglary.
Eugene G. Newby, 54, of 7870 Lyons Road, Sherman was sentenced to 4 months of weekend work release and a $1,500 fine for driving while ability impaired.
Ryan J. Newell, 30, of 2866 Ivystone Drive, Jamestown was sentenced to 5 years probation for second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument.
Michael D. Young, 39, of 12 N. Main St., Dunkirk was sentenced to 21 days in jail and 5 years probation for tampering with physical evidence.
Mark J. McKay, 20, of 705 Lafayette St., Apt. 2, Jamestown was sentenced to 45 days in jail and 3 years probation for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
