As we begin to tally the early results of United Way Campaigns across Southern Chautauqua County, we have reason to be hopeful because of those who have already answered the call to action.
At the same time we are renewing our call to reach out to those who have yet to join the cause and invest in today, to build a better tomorrow.
Over 31,000 people in Southern Chautauqua County depend on the 44 programs delivered by the United Way and our partner agencies. Hundreds of skilled volunteers are ready and eager to leverage United Way donated funds to build a stronger community where self sufficiency, self improvement, and personal development replace hopelessness and crisis related roadblocks.
The critical outcomes of our work focus on education, income, and health- in Southern Chautauqua County. From youth development, school success, disaster recovery, help for our military families, senior nutrition, overcoming addiction, and improving the quality of life across our communities, we need everyone's help to get the job done.
Just as you have always done in the past, we need you to step forward and answer the call today! Call us at 483-1561 to obtain your United Way donation information or make a secure donation online at www.uwayscc.org .
Together, with your help, I am confident that we will build a better tomorrow because we LIVE UNITED!
