Nicole A. Clendenen and David H. McCauley exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 8, 2012, at the Hall of Philosophy, Chautauqua Institution. Edward Brown performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Cindy Hanson, pianist. Reading was by Benjamin Blood, brother of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of Shaun and Sharon Blood of Busti, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Richard and Janice Anderson and Shirley Blood and the late Harold Blood. Her husband is the son of Gary and Elizabeth McCauley of Bemus Point, N.Y., and the grandson of Marilyn See and the late Donald See and the late Bud and Erma McCauley.
The bride wore an ivory Oleg Cassina Mikado ball gown with a strapless bodice with delicately beaded appliques with a chapel train.

Carla Berg was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Nichole Vanstrom, Andrea Bryant, Jessica Steffen and Jeanette Blood. Flower girls were Sophia Vanstrom, Delaney Vanstrom, Annabelle Steffen and Addison Bryant.
Best man was Eric Johnson. Ushers were Travis Sample, Daniel Tyler, David Levandowski, Brett Steffen and Benjamin Blood. Ring bearers were Evan Steffen and William Bryant.
Mistress of ceremonies was Devin Johnson.
The bride is employed as a licensed practical nurse at Family Health Medical Services. Her husband is employed by Z and M Ag and Turf.
They are living in Bemus Point, N.Y.
