Auditions for the hit ice fishing musical "Guys On Ice" will be held Tuesday and Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Lucille Ball Little Theatre of Jamestown.
Lead men and a "buddy" are needed. Men ages 35 to 70 are encouraged to audition.
Buddies Marvin and Lloyd spend a Wisconsin winter day in a shanty on the ice, talking about life, love and the one who got away. The show is filled with an avalanche of jokes about fishing, bait and cooking fish.
Audience members will experience a mutual appreciation for good bait, cold drinks and the Packers.
These home-grown philosophers entertain with such musical numbers as "The Wishing Hole," "Ode To A Snowmobile Suit," "Fish Is The Miracle Food" and "The One That Got Away" as they hide their cold ones from Ernie the Moocher.
Production dates are Jan. 25-26 and Feb. 1-2 at 8 p.m. and Jan. 10 and Feb. 3 at 2 p.m. For more information, call 665-5750.
