Ila Mae Olsen

Ila Mae Olsen, 94, of 1602 Martin Road, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, in WCA Hospital.

She was born April 16, 1918, in Warren, Pa., a daughter of Tracie and Ruth Main Rudolph.

Prior to her retirement she was employed by MRC-TRW for 36 years as an office worker.

She was a member of the former Stillwater United Methodist Church and the Kiantone Historical Society. She was a life member of the Kiantone Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, volunteered at WCA Hospital for 25 years and was a Chautauqua County election inspector.

Surviving are a daughter, Nancy Arzner of Kiantone; four grandchildren: Tambria (Mike) Goon of Jamestown, Barry (Mary) Arzner of Bridgeview, Ill., Dale (Kimberly) Arzner of Jamestown and Bonnie (Mark) Shipotofsky of Sicklerville, N.J.; seven great-grandchildren; and two brothers: Harold Wall of Warren, Pa., and Francis Wall of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her husband Perry Olsen, whom she married April 6, 1935, and who died July 4, 1979; a brother Gail Wall; and a sister Eleanor Prelog.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Natalie Hanson will officiate.

Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 3-6 p.m. today in the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Kiantone Volunteer Fire Department or a charity of choice.
