Family Library Night Held At Myers Library

FREWSBURG - Robert H. Jackson Elementary School families who participate in the Jamestown Community Learning Council's Parents As Teachers home visiting program recently attended Family Library Night at the Myers Library in Frewsburg.

Students and their families familiarized themselves with the library and browsed through the children's area while Diane Crandall, librarian, enrolled them as members. A story read by Tammy Annis, one of the library's volunteers, followed by a creative pumpkin decorating project.

The "Parents As Teachers" program is made possible by Jamestown Community Learning Council with funding from Chautauqua County Tapestry and the Frewsburg School District.
