CBA Vision Rehabilitation Services recently received a grant from the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation to repair damage to its parking lot.
According to Lisa Goodell, Chautauqua Blind Association executive director, a drainage grate in the parking lot collapsed causing a serious hazard for staff, volunteers and clients.
"We are so thankful for the support of local foundations that are able to assist with emergency situations like this," Mrs. Goodell said.
