Patrick Nelson, right, of Boy Scout Troop 137, Bemus Point, is congratulated by Andy Goodell, left, for receiving his Eagle Scout rank at the age of 14. Nelson completed his Eagle project in the front of the Bemus Point Library. A sidewalk and bench were added to the landscaping of the library upon completion of the project.
