The Westfield Memorial Hospital Auxiliary board recently hosted a new fundraiser with a harvest dinner at the Lakeshore Assembly of God.
A turkey dinner with all the trimmings was served to around 100 guests. The group realized a profit of nearly $800 which will be used for various projects at the hospital. Ron Powers took on the responsibilities of food shopping and preparing the meal. Lakeshore Assembly of God let the group use its fellowship hall and church kitchen. Better Baked Foods donated bread and Grower's Grape Juice Co-op donated grape juice.
The Westfield Memorial Hospital Auxiliary board will have a booth at the Christmas in Westfield arts and crafts show at Eason Hall on Saturday and Sunday.
