SWCS Classes '60-'70 To Reunite

All Southwestern Central School classes from 1960 to 1970 will meet for a group 1960s reunion on Saturday, July 13, in the Celoron American Legion Post 777, 26 Jackson Ave., West Ellicott. A meeting will be held at 7 p.m. today in the legion post to discuss plans for the event. Volunteers are needed for class committees, especially 1969 and 1970; contact Tom LaLonde at 763-2679.

North Harmony Seniors To Meet

North Harmony Seniors will hold a meeting and roast pork dinner on Monday, hosted by Bonnie Johnson, Everett Bensink and Rita Lescynski. Marty La Fredo will provide the cake. Sixty members attended the annual Swiss steak dinner, prepared by Norm and Paula Czubaj, Sally Carlson, Paul and Juanita Holthouse. Guests included Penny and Ray Rossey and Terry Kindberg, Children's Village director, who gave a picture presentation of the village. Gordon Saulsgiver led in prayer. Steve Saulsgiver, president, gave the flag salute and spoke on the Dec. 11 trip to Cleveland. Reports were given by Joyce Warner, secretary, Anita Ferry, treasurer, and committee chairmen. Discussion was on an election day dinner fundraiser. Joyce Warner provided the birthday cake for Sonny Warner, Ruth Franklin, Myrtle Skiba, Doug Ireland, Pat Saulsgiver, Louise and Will Ortman and Everett King. Celebrating anniversaries were Charlie and Dorothy Krause, Doug and Bonnie Johnson, Linc and Jo Fisher, Bill and Marcia de la Cerda. Gordon Saulsgiver closed the meeting with prayer.
