ELLERY - Nathan M. Lord, 27, of Bemus Point was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 4. He will be in court later.
DUNKIRK - Douglas N. Colden, 66, of Buffalo was charged with petit larceny at 12:05 p.m. Thursday.
HANOVER - Kevin Hughes, 26, of Forestville was charged with second-degree harassment at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
COLLINS - Pedro J. Reyes, 27, of Collins was charged with second-degree possession of contraband while in prison, first-degree possession of dangerous contraband while in prison, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:55 a.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
John Peterson, 28, of Falconer, was charged with violating his probation and second-degree aggravated harassment at 1:30 p.m. Friday. He was held pending further action.
POMFRET Brandon P. Lawton, 18, of Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:40 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
POMFRET - Kelsey M. Ptucha, 22, of Honeoye Falls was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 2:40 a.m. Saturday. She will be in court later.
COLLINS - Kevin D. Goodemote, 56, of Dayton was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, driving while intoxicated and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway at 1:42 p.m. Friday. He was later released to a third party.
ELLICOTT - Matthew R. Howard, 18, of Falconer was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, unlawful possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal possession of a firearm at 1:05 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
ELLICOTT - Jesus M. Rosado Rivera, 18, of Jamestown was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 1:50 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
PERRYSBURG Matthew R. Burke, 35, of Perrysburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated at 8:25 p.m. Saturday. He was later released to a third party.
