Retired Soldier From Randolph Reflects

November 11, 2012
By Trevor Peterson - U.S. Army First Sergeant (Ret.) (editorial@post-journal.com) , The Post-Journal

Twenty-two years, two months and one day ago (Aug. 25, 2012), I graduated from Randolph Central High School (Class of 1990) and two hours later I was at the Buffalo MEPS leaving for Army Basic Training. I left my home town of Steamburg with the idea of spending three years in the Army and figuring out what I wanted to do when I grow up. Needless to say, I am still trying to figure out what I want to do when I grow up.
