Allen Park Women To Meet Tuesday
Allen Park Women's Club will meet on Tuesday at the Boys & Girls Club at 6:30 p.m. for a birthday celebration and pizza party. The cost is $5, and the following committee will provide the drinks, birthday cake and games: Cindy Powell, chairwoman; Nancy Cummings, Delores Carr, Louise Pillitteri, Lisa Gustafson and Carrie Wolfgang. At the last meeting, a potluck supper held at the Salvation Army, Leslie Vattimo presented a slide presentation of the outreach of the Salvation Army. A donation was made to the Salvation Army, and Virginia Chase, president, notified the members that they will be ringing bells at the Tops market in the Foote Avenue Plaza. Carol Winterburn gave the invocation. Carol Drake gave the secretary's report and Hillary Meyer, the treasurer's report. Cindy DiNapoli distributed Bon Ton Community Day Booklets. The committee was Carm Bellitto, chairwoman; Karen Johnson, Audene Jarosz, Beth Stewart and Nancy Wilson.
