Jamie Sandy and Michael Rodgers announce their engagement.
Miss Sandy is the daughter of Heather Steves of South Dayton, N.Y., and the late John McLaughlin Sr. Her fiance is the son of Clyde and Janice Rodgers of Cherry Creek, N.Y.
Miss Sandy graduated from Jamestown Business College, and is employed by Pine Valley Central School. Her fiance graduated from Alfred State College, and is employed by Rodgers & Sons Inc.
