EAST AURORA - Four local swimmers competed for the STAR swim program on Saturday in the Kiwanis-East Aurora Open Meet at East Aurora High School.
Xiane Smith took first place in the girls 100 breaststroke in 1:19.68 and Sky Smith was first in the boys breaststroke in 1:15.46 and a second in the 200 individual medley (2:27.56).
Alex Beckerink took a second in the boys 50 freestyle in 26.54 and third in the boys 100 backstroke in 109.83).
Makenna Graham was second in the girls 100 butterfly in 1:26.24 and third in the 100 freestyle in 1:08.56.
