The WCA Hospital Auxiliary will host its annual holiday sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday in the WCA Hospital auditorium, 207 Foote Ave., Jamestown.
The public is welcome. Parking is available in the visitor parking lot. Shoppers support the WCA Hospital Auxiliary's pledge to support WCA's Sharing the Gift of Health: The Capital Campaign for Our Emergency Department.
"This sale is a wonderful way to kick off the holiday shopping season," said Jessica Hunt, WCA Hospital volunteer coordinator. "Our goal is to have patrons do most of their holiday shopping right here at WCA. There truly is something for everyone and we are encouraging our community supporters to stop by and shop for a great cause."

The event includes traditional as well as unique holiday home decorations and holiday merchandise. Other holiday gifts at the sale include seasonal greeting cards, festive and collectible ornaments, candle holders, festive birds, reindeer, penguins, Santa's, stocking suffers, toys, and distinctive new holiday products, ornaments, stocking stuffers, toys, and distinctive holiday home decor and new holiday products.
"We will have the most treasured ornaments and collectibles for gift giving to that someone special," Ms. Hunt said. "This holiday season, we hope people will find time to enjoy their annual traditions and shop with us for that special gift that keeps on giving. A treasured gift for someone you love is truly the gift of remembrance."
The WCA Hospital Auxiliary is a group of individuals who raise money support the mission, growth and development of WCA Hospital.
The auxiliary, which has 130 members, provides a way for anyone in the community who has been served by WCA an opportunity to give back in support of the hospital.
Proceeds from the holiday sale will support the auxiliary's five-year pledge to support WCA's capital campaign. Through fundraisers and the support of the WCA Foundation, with one year still remaining on the pledge, the auxiliary has already surpassed its $176,000 goal by giving $203,000 to support the construction and equipping of WCA Hospital's new Emergency Department.
