WESTFIELD - A 17-year-old Westfield youth was charged with being out past curfew at 2:16 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2012. He will be in court later.

POLAND - Brent A. Robbins, 19, of Kennedy, Tyler L. Griffin, 18, of Randolph, Ryan A. Brown, 18, of Randolph, and a 16-year-old Randolph girl were all charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21 at 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Brown was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to police, a patrol officer pulled over a vehicle after it was seen impeding traffic. The drdiver was identified as a 15-year-old youth who was unlicensed. Deputies noticed a strong odor of marijuana in the vehicle as well as several open containers of alcohol. The operator and another 15-year-old female passenger were turned over to family members. All of the other teens will were released with appearance tickets to be in court later.

RANDOLPH - Briana N. Matteson, 18, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 8:59 p.m. Saturday. She will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA - Seth M. Meurer, 35, of Plymoth, Conn., was charged with third-degree assault at 2:25 a.m. Sunday.
POMFRET - Joshua W. Allen, 22, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny at 10:30 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
PERRYSBURG - Jason W. Marr, 42, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment at 2:20 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
ELLERY - Algis Varakauskas, 49, of Chicago, Ill., was charged with a federal felony at 9:19 p.m. on Oct. 25. He was held pending further action.
SHERIDAN - Rafael A. Fuentes, 40, of Fredonia was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 2:13 a.m. Friday. He was later released to a third party.
PERRYSBURG Russell W. Balles, 33, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglar tools at 8:50 a.m. on Oct. 27, 2012. He was held pending further action. Additionally, Mark R. Dzielski, 27, of Brocton was charged with third-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 4:20 p.m. Thursday. Dzielski will be in court later.
