Jamestown Public School's Art Department recently held an art opening for their exhibit at Cibo's in downtown Jamestown. All JPS art teachers are represented in the show with photographs, paintings, mixed media and stained glass to name just a few of the wide-ranging mediums. The show is an ideal way for the public to see the talented artists that teach at the Jamestown Public Schools. The show will run until mid-November. Teachers participating are: David Mazzone, Terry Carlson, Kirk Frink, Brandy Fuller, Marygrace Anderson, Lisa Corey, Janet Gould, Kevin Kyser, Michela Tehan and Becky Whitman. "This is by far my favorite teacher show I've seen. There is such a broad range of mediums exhibited," said Cibo's operator Brian Ellis. "I like to give teachers an opportunity to show off their fantastic talents to the community. I love having their pieces in Cibo's."
