Alicia M. Passamonte, 43, of 15 Howard St., died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, in WCA Hospital.
She was born in Canandaigua, N.Y., a daughter of Roxanne Helfrich Shirey.
She graduated from Byron-Bergen High School, Byron, N.Y., and then attended Stetson University in Florida.

She was formerly employed by YWCA as Bush School site coordinator and earlier by YMCA as Love School site coordinator and the GA Home.
She was a member of Kidder Memorial United Methodist Church.
Active in the community, she had coached and served on the board of JAYS Soccer and was volunteer coordinator for the Great Blue Heron Music Festival.
Surviving besides her mother of Jamestown is her husband, Christopher Passamonte; two sons: Benjamin and Elijah Wrazen, both of Jamestown; two brothers: Raymond Robert (Judy) Cole of Lakewood, and Joseph (Jessica) Palozzi of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a sister, Jade Montana Shirey of Jamestown; a niece S'miya Jade Kellom of Jamestown; and her stepfather, Vernon Shirey.
She was preceded in death by an uncle. Michael Helfrich.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Kidder Memorial United Methodist Church. The Rev. Rick LaDue will officiate.
Friends will be received in fellowship hall of the church following the service Sunday.
