Five Star Bank supported the WCA Hospital's Way to Go Kids program with a gift of $500 at the bank's Lakewood Branch Customer Reception held recently. Started in 2008, the Way to Go Kids program is geared toward improving the health and well-being of children ages 9 to 14 and their parents. Participants benefit from wellness classes on nutrition, weight management, and physical activity to maintain healthy, normal growth.
