Bradley James Mitchell Smith of Lake Mary, Fla. and formerly of Ashville and Irondequoit, N.Y., went Home on Oct. 21, 2012.
Bradley was born in Corry, Pa., to James R. Smith and Mary Joyce Fisher D'Aurizio on Jan. 8, 1984.
He graduated from Chautauqua Lake School and Jamestown Community College. Brad loved the outdoors, animals, cheering his sports teams, friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George D. Fisher, Rodney and Marian Smith; and his uncle Garrett L. Fisher.
He is survived by his parents and stepparents, Deborah Smith and Franklin D'Aurizio; sisters: Karri Smith Edwards (Chip) of Lake Mary, Fla. and Anna K. Smith of Oviedo, Fla.; grandmother Mary Joanne Fisher of Open Meadows; aunts Shirley Hewes (Donald) of Open Meadows, Carolyn Fisher (Dan Milliman) of Mayville and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Freay Funeral Home in Mayville. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Hurlbut Methodist Church in Chautauqua with burial following at Open Meadows Cemetery.
