CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Joshua S. Hart, 23, of 10195 Christy Road, Fredonia, was charged at 1:10 a.m. Sunday with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported underage party. Upon arrival, a large part was located and several underage people were found to be drinking alcohol. Hart was determined to be the resident who hosted the party and was charged. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in Town of Pomfret Court.
Juan A. Garcia, 47, of 734 Prospect Ave., lower, Buffalo, was charged at 1:05 a.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting prison contraband. Garcia was being booked into the Chautauqua County Jail on an unrelated charge. During the booking procedure, he was found to be in possession of a considerable quantity of heroin which he had hid on his person. Garcia was charged and arraigned in Town of Chautauqua Court, where bail was set at $15,000 cash/$30,000 property. Further court proceedings will follow.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
Ronald J. Wilson Jr., 27 of Jamestown was charged at 4 a.m. Friday, with two counts of second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers of the Jamestown Police Department responded to West Fourth Street for a report of a domestic dispute. Further investigation revealed that Wilson shoved the victim multiple times. It was also found that Wilson shoved and punched a victim who was 16 years of age. Wilson was arrested and transported to Jamestown City Jail where he awaiting arraignment by the City of Jamestown Court.
